Welcome to the VidEraser website. These terms are an agreement between you and VidEraser and its operator. Please read them. By agreeing, signing in, or continuing to use the site, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
1. The service
We provide AI video and photo erase, records, credit viewing, and paid features on videraserapp.com. Web, iOS, and Android can share one account and credits. Features, credits, and availability are those shown on the live pages; we may adjust them for operations or compliance and will notify you as required. You do not have to pay to use the site; some features or higher credits may be paid. Names, prices, billing periods, and entitlements are those shown on the purchase page and checkout at the time. These terms do not list amounts.
2. Accounts
- On the web you mainly sign in with Google or Apple;
- Keep your device and third-party account secure; you are responsible for activity under the account;
- The account is for your own use and may not be rented, lent, or transferred;
- You may request deletion in web account settings or in the app; we then handle data under the Privacy Policy. Closing the site or uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
3. User content and IP
- You warrant that video, photos, and other content you upload, import, or process is your work or that you have a lawful license, and that it does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
- Do not use the service to strip others’ protected watermarks or marks for infringement, or to upload or spread illegal, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or harassing content;
- You are solely responsible for uploaded or imported content and must compensate us for losses caused by it as required by law;
- Software, UI, and trademarks belong to VidEraser and its operator or other rights holders. Except as allowed by law, do not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them.
4. Payments
- One-time web products (such as minute packs and image packs) may be paid through a third-party provider; app Premium plans and in-app purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. Price, tax, currency, and confirmation screens are those shown at the time.
- Product types, auto-renewal (if any), cancellation, and refunds are in the Paid Services Terms and the payment channel’s policies.
- These terms do not record any specific sale price or promotion. If on-page copy appears to differ, the purchase page and checkout at the time of order control.
5. Credits and rules
Free trials, membership or pay-as-you-go credits, and which modes are available follow server configuration and what the pages show. We may limit or end service for abuse, scraping, or security harm. Results are usually available in History for about 7 days; export them in time.
6. Disclaimers
- AI results depend on source quality and selections; we do not guarantee they will match your subjective expectation;
- To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for interruption or loss caused by networks, devices, third-party platforms, or force majeure;
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
7. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms and will notice material changes on the site. Except where local law requires otherwise, continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the update. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account. We may suspend or end service for serious breach.
8. Governing law and disputes
Without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved, they may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer and a mandatory rule where you live is more favorable, that rule applies.
