How billing works
Billing period
One-time video minute packs and image packs are a single purchase and do not auto-renew. Credits go into your pay-per-use balance and are shared with the same app account. Video: One Smart Erase run usually uses 2× credits; most other types use standard credits per erase. Processed videos shorter than one minute are billed as one minute. Each processing run uses 1 image credit. Premium follows the period shown in the App Store or Google Play, including whether it auto-renews.
What is included
The four web video packs add 30, 60, 120, or 200 minutes of video processing. At the standard rate, 1 minute of credit covers about 1 minute of video. One Smart Erase run usually uses 2× credits. Processed videos shorter than one minute are billed as one minute. Image packs add 30 or 100 photo credits, and each processing run uses 1 image credit. Premium tier, period credits, and the next reset date follow the app.
Refunds
Cancellation and refunds for one-time web products follow applicable consumer law, the payment provider’s rules, and the Paid Services Terms. App Store and Google Play refunds are handled by those stores. See the Paid Services Terms for details.

How do refunds work?
One-time web orders follow the Paid Services Terms and the payment channel’s rules. Email szsoftwell2026@gmail.com if you need help matching an order. Store Premium refunds are requested from Apple or Google.
